The text above comes from a plaque mounted to one of the Eagle‘s landing legs. It’s still there at Tranquility Base, along with the descent stage Armstrong and Aldrin left behind. The photo is, of course, Buzz Aldrin, as photographed by Neil Armstrong. If you look closely, you can see Neil and part of the LM reflected in Buzz’s visor.)
